1) CHANGE THE FORMAT TO NTFS (New Technology File System):
Connect your pen drive to PC/laptop > Right click > Format > File system > select NTFS > Start > Ok.
NOTE : Formatting pen drive will erase all the data which was present on your pen drive. So make sure that you transfer all the data to the safe place before formatting it.
2) CHANGE HARDWARE PROPERTIES:
Right click > Properties > Hardware > San Disk Cruzer Blade USB Device > Select Options > Ok
3) DISK ERROR:
Checks all the errors present in the pen drive, which is the reason behind slow data transfer.
Right click > Properties > Tools > Check > OK. (This will scan all the documents present on your pen drive)
4) FORMAT:
The ultimate and the easiest way to speed up data transfer in pen drive is to Format it. Though it will delete all the files from the pen drive, it will also remove all virus from it. So, if your files are not that important you can go with this Trick.
Right Click > Format > Allocation unit size > 32/64 kilobytes > Start.
5) READY BOOST:
Right click > Properties > ReadyBoost > Shift the slide to the maximum value > Use this Device > Apply..!
